Let’s cook okra with NO SLIME, and no prep work! Laxmi frozen okra is perfect anytime of the year. The trick is to add frozen okra (not thawed) to hot oil. Squeezing in lime juice gets rid of that sticky gooey okra residue! Since Laxmi frozen okra is picked at its prime and frozen without preservatives, it’s perfectly tender and tasty each time I make it. So good, so quick and perfect with Indian flatbreads such as chapati (whole wheat flatbread) or naan. Try out this simple okra recipe, 📗Entic

I personally enjoy okra water but you can always just eat okra. But understand it is most healing and beneficial WITH THE SLIME!!!!!! when I use it in dishes sometimes I keep the slime and sometimes I try my best to cook the slime out of it to enjoy it more so I also drink okra water to get more of the healing benefits. - IMPROVE DIGESTION and gut health. the mucilage found in okra is sooooo beneficial to the gut! It sooths and coats the lining of the gut which in turn helps with inflammed gut a
