First Celebration performance for our Tlingit & Haida’s Elders Dance Group! We love to see our Elders leading the way. Gunalchéesh, Háw’aa to all of our incredible staff in the Elders Program for making this dance group happen, including Margaret Haube and Roberta Dundas who worked around the clock to sew regalia to ensure all of the Elders had pieces for Celebration. “We’re healing our ancestors one Elder at a time,” said Ann Stepetin, because many of the Elders who grew up in boarding schools
