When in Pampanga, you can't not eat Sisig. You'll realize that there is no "one way" to make sisig, even in the province that created it. The restaurants, eateries, and households all have their own ways of making it. This leads to very heated debates and conversations of a much loved dish, that is not only Kapampangan but now represents the nation on international menus. There are however, some ingredients that Kapampangans would never add to the dish. Liver, soy sauce, garlic, deep fried pork
