'I completed TikTok's viral 75 Hard Challenge, these are my honest results'

Little 75 hard challenge update. Day 49. I’ve been sticking to it and overall I’m really happy with my discipline and results. I’ve been posting updates every day on Instagram for anyone that have only been following along here and have been wondering what has been happening. But this week has been a tough one.
