The first losses of the season for the Lynx and Liberty have opened up the race to the in-season tournament final.

The Atlanta Dream versus New York Liberty game is one of six WNBA Commissioner’s Cup games slated for Tuesday. This will be the fifth game of the in-season tournament for both teams.

The Valkyries lean on their rebounding skills to score in transition. In their dominant win against the Aces, the Valkyries held double-double machine and one of the league's best rebounders, A'ja Wilson, to only six boards. Golden State's intensity on the glass also helped secure the win against the Sparks in an overtime contest.

Their perfect season ended Saturday, but the defending champs might be better than last year, with one notable weakness.
