Ukraine and the United States have agreed on most points of the peace plan, including security guarantees from Washington and Europe for Kyiv, Axios reports. According to officials from both countries,
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy outlined for the first time the main points of a draft 20-point framework peace proposal discussed by Ukraine and the United States, which he said could become the basis of future agreements to end war with Russia.
The blueprint covers a broad range of issues, including territory, security guarantees and postwar reconstruction. But Russia has indicated little willingness to end the war.
