Ever the experimental maximalist, the star reached for a shimmering gold chainmail gown from Tom Ford that looked like it was sculpted to her body. The asymmetric design was mostly open, revealing Taylor’s enviably toned abs, hips, and back. One end of the piece rested on her left breast rather than relying on straps or traditional closures.

Inspired by the Louvre jewelry heist, which rocked the famous Paris art museum in October, Taylor sported a diamond-encrusted crown, featuring pearls, designed by Schiaparelli's jewelry brand. The ornate headpiece was modeled after Empress Eugenie's Tiara, one of several pieces stolen from the Louvre.
