Nearly two weeks since the Minneapolis water main break that devastated businesses and evacuated residents, local businesses said it is still unclear who will be paying for damages.

It’s been nearly two weeks since a broken water main in Minneapolis flooded a building housing several longtime small businesses. They’re still cleaning up and figuring out next steps, as friends, neighbors and customers show their support.

In the basement of the Paperback Exchange store, instead of books, there’s mud, debris, and an indoor landslide from a huge water main break.

They're still picking up the pieces nearly two weeks after a devastating water main break in south Minneapolis. Businesses say they still don't know if they'll ever be able to reopen. Our Jason Rantala takes a look at the hurdles they're facing.
