INDIANAPOLIS — Two men were arrested by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department after a driver fled the scene of a fatal crash on Indianapolis' west side Thursday morning. The crash was reported around 8:15 a.m. Dec. 11 on North Lynhurst Drive, near West Vermont Street .
