In the midst of growing controversy surrounding his podcast, Micah Parsons sent a clear message weeks away of possible contract negotiations with Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys. Micah Parsons has generated a lot of controversy in the NFL for being so vocal on his podcast about the current events of the Dallas Cowboys.

Dallas Cowboys star Micah Parsons faced a lot of vitriol on social media for running a podcast during the season while his team struggled on the field.

The Cowboys have not held contract talks with Parsons about an extension, a person with knowledge of the situation said.

Micah Parsons is scheduled to enter the final season of his contract with the Dallas Cowboys in 2025, but that doesn't mean the NFC East team is going to look to trade him this offseason. Jon Machota of The Athletic reported Sunday that "Parsons isn't going anywhere" and instead suggested the front office could look to be more aggressive around the star pass-rusher this offseason after it "clearly didn't do enough to add quality veterans to fill roster holes last year.
