Feb 3 (Reuters) - South Carolina reported 876 measles cases on Tuesday, state health data showed, including 29 additional infections since Friday, as officials warned the widening outbreak could last weeks or months amid lagging vaccine uptake.

Orange County confirmed a measles case from an international traveler who visited Disney California Adventure Park. L.A. County confirmed its third case in a resident who went to a Sherman Oaks restaurant.

Los Angeles County has confirmed three measles cases within one week, all linked to recent international travel.
