ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. dropped his second mock draft of the year on Tuesday, and the biggest surprise was former Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders falling all the way to the New York Jets at No. 7.

In the latest mock from ESPN's NFL draft guru Mel Kiper Jr., the New York Jets had a surprise as the team ends up landing a quarterback in the first round.

The other stunner happened with the pick right before that one, as Kiper has Pete Carroll and the Las Vegas Raiders selecting former Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty, who rushed for 2,601 yards last season and finished second in the Heisman Trophy voting behind Colorado's Travis Hunter.
