By John Lee. The 10th meeting of the Iraqi-Russian Joint Committee was held in Baghdad this week, co-chaired by Iraq's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein and Russia's Minister of Energy Sergei Tsivilev.
