A sixth corrections officer has been arraigned on a murder charge in the death of Robert Brooks, the Greece man who was beaten at Marcy Correctional Facility.
Robert Brooks died choking on his own blood after three separate beatings and some of the officers involved were released on bail Thursday.
Nine other guards were charged last week in the beating death of the inmate. The top charge was second-degree murder.
