Volvo Cars' sales fell by 3% year-on-year in December to 73,804 cars as the sale of hybrid vehicles declined, the Sweden-based automaker said on Tuesday.

Volvo Cars sold 175,194 electric cars worldwide in 2024, 54 per cent more than in 2023. 177,593 plug-in hybrids were also sold, an increase of 16 per cent. 23
