The tariffs target more than 65 countries, sparking fears it could drive up the cost of homebuilding and home prices.

Under the executive order, Trump kept an existing baseline 10% tariff for about 100 countries where the U.S. exports more goods than it receives. Reciprocal tariff rates for 70 countries will range from 15% to 41%.
