Denver Broncos rookie quarterback Bo Nix was a limited participant in the Broncos' Thursday practice with a back injury. Last Sunday, the former Oregon Duck was seen applying a heating pad to his back.

If any doubt lingered about rookie quarterback Bo Nix’s status for Monday night, he put it to rest Friday. “I’m good to go,” he said. “Ready to roll.” Nix was estimated to be a limited participant in Denver’s Thursday walkthrough because of a back issue.

Three starters sat out Thursday’s practice as the Browns prepared for Monday night’s game against the Broncos in Denver. They were receiver Cedric Tillman (concussion), safety Juan Thornhill (calf) and left tackle Jedrick Wills Jr.
