DNA found on paper bags allowed authorities to match Rhonda Marie Fisher's murder to "one of Colorado's most prolific serial killers," officials said.
In October, investigators matched recovered DNA evidence from the bags on Fisher's hands with separate evidence from three 1979 homicides committed by Groves.
