The New York Rangers finally snapped a five-game losing streak after beating the Montreal Canadiens 4-3 on Saturday afternoon, so it’s time for everyone to calm down. Last week Rangers general manager Chris Drury created quite a stir after sending a league wide memo that the team is interested in making moves and shaking up their roster with Chris Kreider and Jacob Trouba’s names being indicated as potential options in a move.

According to a report from TSN insider Chris Johnston, New York Rangers general manager Chris Drury has informed other GM's around the NHL that he's willing to trade veteran leaders Chris Kreider and Jacob Trouba in an effort to shake up his roster. From Johnston on TSN's Insider Trading segment:

Trouba on being involved in a fresh round of trade talk: "You've got to kind of block all that out and just focus on playing hockey."
