Latest Windows 10 Pro with all updates from Windows Update. It looks that no matter what you choose from NVidia or when using Geforce Experience, it does download DCH version of the driver nowadays.

According to Nvidia, these changes were due to new requirements from Microsoft. DCH drivers always have the "DCH" string in the file name, e.g. "445.87-desktop-win10-64bit-international-dch-whql.exe" ...

The “ NVIDIA Installer cannot continue ” issue occurs because the GeForce 398.36 DCH graphics driver is automatically installed through Windows Update after the first log-on.

Intel updates its Windows 10 DCH graphics drivers quite regularly with bug fixes, optimisations, and so on - as you would expect from GPU selling rivals like Nvidia and AMD.
