Offensive tackle Bobby Hart — who has missed most of the past two games with a knee injury, started this week by logging a limited practice. He was joined by linebacker Daiyan Henley (ankle), wide receiver Quentin Johnston (shin), wide receiver Ladd McConkey (ankle), and cornerback Tarheeb Still (knee) as limited participants.
Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said he didn’t expect Hamton’s return window to get opened before the bye week, meaning he’d miss the Week 11 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. But Hampton did work off to the side in practice before the Week 10 win over Pittsburgh, an obvious big step in the right direction.

Head coach Jim Harbaugh provided a humorous injury update for his quarterback on Monday morning, though, that hinted the injury might not be too bad.
