How to Load Pictures on an Android Emulator. Google's Android emulator allows you to develop and experiment with Android apps, but it doesn't offer an obvious way to load files into the emulator.
Click the small icon of an Android phone above the File Explorer window. Find files to copy to the SD card image in the pop-up file browser. Double-click files to add them to the disk image.
Other changes include a new Project Structure Dialog, an update to IntelliJ 2018.3.4, a tool for removing unused code and resources from applications (R8), and Android Q images in the emulator.
