The NHC is tracking three tropical waves as they move across the Atlantic, central Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea. Here’s where they’re at now, according to the Monday morning tropical outlook.

The eastern Pacific Ocean has spawned a new tropical storm, Dalila, which will swipe southern Mexico with flooding downpours and gusty winds.

The National Hurricane Center says Tropical Storm Dalila has formed in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The cyclone is centered Friday south of southwestern Mexico, about 190 miles south of Zihuatanejo.
