Cardi B has reached a settlement agreement with blogger Tasha K in connection with the defamation lawsuit that resulted in a $4 million judgment.  As part of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy repayment plan,

YouTuber Tasha K agrees to pay Cardi B over $1 million and to refrain from making disparaging comments about the rapper and her family.

Following the five-year mark, Tasha K will then be responsible for the remaining judgment balance. In addition to the payment plan, Kebe has reportedly signed a non-disparagement clause, in which Cardi nor any of her family members can be mentioned by Kebe.
