A San Francisco social media personality was arrested on suspicion of pandering and pimping, police said on Monday.

San Francisco police said they have arrested eight retail suspects as young as 12 years old, who they believe are responsible for 23 incidents at various Walgreens' stores totaling more than $84,000 in stolen merchandise.

Ricci Wynne, an activist and social media provocateur perhaps best known for his graphic and often controversial videos of San Francisco’s drug markets, was arrested on suspicion of pimping and pandering.
