Rafael Devers talked the talk last week, but one Major League Baseball evaluator believes the Boston Red Sox star ultimately won't walk the walk. In a post published last week, ESPN's Buster Olney ranked Devers as the third-best third baseman in baseball.

While Devers has struggled defensively at third throughout his career, he made it clear last week that he doesn't want to move to DH. Bregman has said he's open to playing anywhere, including second base.
