Oscar Piastri aims to use the "frustration" he feels at the penalty which cost him victory at the British Grand Prix as motivation to win more races as he chases the F1 title.

The lead car can dictate the pace of the restart, but Piastri was pinged by race stewards for "suddenly" braking. He received a 10-second time penalty, which he served during a pitstop. As a result, McLaren teammate Lando Norris took the race lead and went on to claim victory in his home Grand Prix.

The timing of the F1 safety car call and the temperatures on track led McLaren’s Andrea Stella to brand Oscar Piastri’s 10-second penalty as “very harsh”
