PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP HOSTED Armenian President Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at the White House on Friday to sign a peace agreement that could be a major step toward normalizing relations between the hostile neighbors.

Armenia and Azerbaijan published the text of a U.S.-brokered peace agreement on Monday, pledging to respect each other's territorial integrity and formally put an end to nearly four decades of conflict.

Language in the "peace deal" will give the U.S. exclusive rights to develop a key transit route that will be named after Trump.
