Tens of thousands of demonstrators took to the streets across Southern California on Saturday to voice their concerns over ongoing immigration raids and oppose the policies of President Trump, who they depicted as an aspiring monarch.

The area protests drew many people, of varying ages with an array of concerns. But a common thread was concern over policies of the Trump administration, such as recent immigration crackdowns.

Saturday’s demonstrators were jubilant and defiant, donning signs saying, “Stop racism,” “No kings” and “No one is illegal on stolen lands.”
