Nikita Singhania was granted bail in the suicide case of Bengaluru techie Atul Subhasah. His father, Pawan Kumar Modi, expressed concerns about his grandson’s welfare, accusing Singhania of using the child for financial gain.

They had earlier appealed to the Karnataka High Court to direct the session court to dispose of their bail Petition. The High Court directed the session court to dispose of the petition today.
