The Washington Wizards have signed forward Justin Champagnie to a multi-year contract. The move, announced Monday by the Wizards, comes a year after Champagnie signed a two-way contract with the team.

Enjoying the best season of his young career, Washington Wizards forward Justin Champagnie landed a four-year, $10 million contract, his agent told ESPN on Sunday.

The Pirates claimed Justin Lawrence off waivers on Monday, ending the reliever’s four-year tenure with Colorado after the right-hander debuted in 2021.

The Pirates added another pitcher to their roster on Monday, announcing they have claimed right-handed pitcher Justin Lawrence off of waivers from the Colorado Rockies. Lawrence spent four years with Colorado and the 30-year-old pitcher recorded a record of 12-12 with 14 saves,

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports that it appears that Fields “has an edge” over Wilson to return to the Steel City for the 2025 season despite being supplanted by the latter last year.
