THB Bagelry and Deli is opening its first location in Harford County following a ribbon-cutting ceremony Jan. 29.

One of Harford Mall’s oldest tenants, Friendly’s, permanently closed Saturday. Now, the restaurant is selling off its equipment. A cash-only equipment sale was set for Monday and Tuesday from 11 a.m.
