The stretch of International Speedway Boulevard between Halifax Avenue and A1A, considered the gateway to Daytona Beach’s beachside, has undergone a two-year transformation.

According to The Weather Channel, Sunday’s forecast for Daytona Beach, Florida is a high of 82 degrees with a 40 percent chance of rain and 20- to 30-mile-an-hour winds: “Windy with showers developing later in the day.” Rain could impact the second half of the race, if not the whole thing.
