Two pedestrians were killed in a hit-and-run Friday morning in Brooklyn, police said. The incident happened around 4:22 a.m. in the area of 52nd Street and 3rd Avenue in Sunset Park. The two men were walking eastbound on 52nd Street and went to cross the street when they were struck by a black sedan traveling southbound on 3rd Avenue,

A Staten Island man was being held on charges that included manslaughter after speeding through a red light and mowing down the victims, the police said.
